This bachelor thesis is focused on design of the hydraulic press for pressing half–circeled depression on strut of hoods for automotive industry. The content of this thesis is calculation of hydraulic circuit, elastic and deformation calculation of frame, creating drawing documents and description of the manufacturing and following establishment according to plan of the manufacturing hall.

This work deals with the design of a hydraulic workshop straightening press. This press is used primarily for basic operations needed in manufacture, such as straightening the steel plates or shafts. Furthermore, it is be used for bearing assembly or bending metal sheets. The essential parts of this work are the design of the electro-hydraulic circuit, the design of moving the press frame and the analysis of the mechanics of the material.
